Extending the Operational Life of a Sepro HPL-15 A-Frame

Offshore handling systems are exposed to continuous mechanical loading, harsh weather conditions and corrosive marine environments. Over time, wear in hydraulic systems, drive components, structural interfaces and protective coatings can affect both reliability and operational efficiency.

For this project, Kverneland Aqua was contracted to perform a complete overhaul of a Sepro HPL-15 A-Frame. The objective was to restore functionality, address age-related degradation and prepare the equipment for continued offshore operations through inspection, refurbishment and targeted upgrades.
